Lowongan Service Manager di PT Virtue Diagnostics Indonesia

Service Manager will work under supervision of Senior Manager Market Development in Technical Support division. It is responsible for supporting sales team by managing product installation, training, maintenance, and troubleshoot instruments. Under Technical Support Department, Service Manager must work very closely with sales department, in order to gain customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

1. Product installation, training, maintenance, and troubleshoot instruments in the customer site.
2. Analyze customer requirements and ensure that the product can meet customer requirements appropriately.
3. Manage customer complain and solve any problem related to product performance.
4. Manage and monitor outsource service providers‘ service engineering activties and outcome.
5. Monitoring & ensure that all instrument assets owned by the company can function properly.
6. Prepare training material and provide product training regularly to the sales and marketing team.
7. Evaluate cost effectiveness in technical support budget.
8. Provide input to R&D regarding product quality.
9. Assist R&D in new product development.
10. Assist clinical studies that conducted by the marketing team, ensure the studies run well.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor in Engineer, Teknologi Laboratorium Medis (ATEM), Elektromedic Engineer or Biomedic Engineer. 
2. Having certificates will be considered as an advantage.
3. Having minimum 5 years’ service management experience in medical device or IVD industry.
4. In depth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular instruments.
5. Familiar with research or clinical laboratory process.
6. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in Bahasa and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers, and suppliers
7. Wiling to work in Cikarang
