Lowongan Product Engineer for Sewing Department di PT Camino Industrial Indonesia

• Plan and Monitor the quality and workmanship of sewing operation to ensure the production output both of quality and quantity meet the target required.
• Prepare and develop appropriate sewing techniques, and machines for optimum operation.
• Develop new products related with sewing department.
• Ensure that available mock up for sewing worker to use.
• Training to sewing worker prior to implement sewing operation.
• Monitor material usage and finished good.
• Ensure all operation of Sewing department complied the Health and Safety standard.

Requirements:

• Minimum Education : Diploma on Industrial Engineering or related field
• Experienced on Sewing Operation especially at supervisor / leader level for 3 years
• Experienced on Product Development related with sewing activies (garment, apparel industry, shoes, etc).
• Good knowledge on sewing operation (sewing technique, machine setting, pattern making, etc)
• Fluent in English (Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• Familiar with Quality Management System Implementation
• Proficiency in MS - Office application
• Good problem solving and analytical Skills
