Job Descriptions:

• Procurement of general and production needs
• Control all HSE and GA activities
• Organizing and maintaining the implementation of K3, especially in factory area
• Provides general facilities administration
• Manage the operational of security, driver and cleaning service
• Maintenance of company facilities and assets
• Manage company permits and legality

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• At least Diploma degree All Major
• At least 2 years of working experience in General Affair, experience in manufacture company is preferred
• Have Ahli K3 Umum Certification Kemnaker RI is preferred
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and government regulations
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple projects and tight deadlines
• Detail oriented, good communication skills, and able to handle confidential information
• Proficient to work using Microsoft Office, especially excel
