Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Campaign and Partnership Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is essential in driving awareness and revenue for our automotive servicing business through strategic campaigns and partnerships. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, managing partnerships, and analyzing results to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Campaign Strategy: Develop comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive revenue. Collaborate with the marketing team to align campaigns with business goals and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Partnership Management: Identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships with other businesses, influencers, or organizations to expand our reach and customer base. Provide regular reports and insights on campaign and partnership performance to the marketing team and senior management.
• Marketing Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, track, and analyze the performance of campaigns and partnerships using various tools and metrics to evaluate their effectiveness.
• Budget Management: Responsible for managing campaign budgets and ensuring cost-effective marketing strategies.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure campaigns and partnerships align with their objectives and provide necessary support.
• Compliance: Ensure all marketing campaigns and partnerships comply with relevant regulations and standards.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven at least 4 years of experience in campaign management and partnership development, preferably in the automotive or service industry.
• Own a balanced office & field work preference.
• Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics.
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and analytics software.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
