Job Description :

• Control the period or validity period of company documents
• Preparation and control process of TKA Working Documents (RPTKA, Notifikasi, ITAS, STM, LKOA, SKTT, etc.)
• Controlling reservations for catering, employee bus, flight tickets, hotels, etc.
• Controlling catering supplier and the performances
• Arrange ticket reservations for company needs
• Attending monthly meetings with Unions, P2K3 Meeting, and make Minutes of Meeting
• Support company events such as Gathering, Annual Ramadhan Break Fasting, etc.
• Provide first aid for sick employees

Requirements :

• Can communicate in English (speaking, writing, listening)
• Can operate Ms. Office
• Understanding of filing documents
• Understanding of 5S Management
• Good administrating and communication
• Analytical thinking and problem solving
• High motivated and be responsible
• Have driving license (min. SIM C)
• Good in time management
• Maintain a good teamwork with fellow departments and with other departments.
• Ready to live in Karawang Area
