ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and distribute mobile apps with React Native based on designs and wireframes (including dealing with intricacies of code signing, platform rules, and guidelines)

· Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications

· Practice writing clean and maintainable codes according to best practices

· Translate business requirements into specifications that will be used to implement the required application

· Provide support as required to ensure the availability and performance of developed applications for both external and internal users

· Must be able to perform duties with moderate to lower supervision

JOB REQUIREMENTS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent in a related field

· Minimum 1-year experience working with React Native

· Proficient with React Native for Android and iOS platforms

· Working knowledge of React Native, ES6, Redux, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript

· Knowledge of functional or object-oriented programming

· Understanding of REST APIs, the document request model, and offline storage

· Experience designing and developing mobile applications in a complex operating environment

· Know how the web works under the hood (TCP, HTTP, DNS, IP, caches, etc.)

· Rock-solid at working with third-party dependencies and debugging dependency conflicts

· Familiarity with native build tools, like XCode, Gradle (Android Studio, IntelliJ)

· Understanding of the React lifecycle

· Familiar with releasing apps to the App Store and Google Play

· Experience with Git

· Experience with native app development either iOS or Android is preferable

· Quick learner and effective communication

· Experience working with a development team
