Job Description:

• Increase sales revenue – a direct primary responsibility
• Seek out and develop new business opportunities in line with the company strategy
• Plan, implement, monitor and report on performance vs commercial targets
• Sales forecasts for both financial and logistical
• As the key contact point and the bridge between the customers/end users and the company
• Holding sales and technical presentation and training to the customers and/or end users
• Recognize and escalate critical issues regarding the customer
• Conduct all company activity in accordance and with respect for the rules and values of the company
• Customer oriented and able to align with the company goal
• Identifies new sales opportunities with new and existing customers

Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in any major (civil engineering is preferable)
• At least 3 years of sales experience in Wholesale, Retailers Building Materials
• Have knowledge of local regulations, and sales force priorities and motivations.
• Above average ability to foster mutually beneficial relationships with customer groups.
• Team player with an excellent customer centric approach.
• An understanding of the Building Materials sector and the key end users are essential.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm, determination & professionalism in dealing with prospects and clients in a proactive manner
