Lowongan Indirect Buyer di PT Mattel Indonesia

1. Manage sourcing & purchasing by utilizing and/or exploring all possible resources according to required specifications and procurement procedures. 
2. Implement a new product sourcing strategy by collaborating with users/requesters to review specifications.
3. Negotiating prices & lead times and conducting cost analysis / cost comparison to get the most competitive price while maintaining or improving good quality & service. 
4. Monitor shipments and work closely with the Logistics team for the custom clearance process by providing all documents required for custom clearance to ensure products will be delivered and available on schedule. 
5. Building supplier database according to the product and supplier track record.
6.  Improve procurement processes and generate cost-saving initiatives.

Job Requirement

1. Formal Educational Level: BA/BS (4-Year College/University Degree)
2. Working Experience: min. 3 years experiences
3. Technical Competence: Computers (Microsoft Excel/Word/PPT), Shipment process, Cost Analyst, Contract/Agreement process. 
4. Analytically orientated with good leadership attributes.
5. Persuasive communicator.
6. Team orientated with good interpersonal skills.
7. Proactive, flexible, results oriented
8. Willing to be place in Cikarang
