Main Responsibilities

o   Ensures full awareness of and compliance with the requirements of all relevant Company / Customer HSE Handbooks, Procedures, Legislation and emergency procedures. Ensure highest standards of safety within the base by implementation of effective safety programs.

o   Works with CS and Freight Manager and operation Manager for inquiry received from Customers in order to get approval to provide the services for the customers.

o   Works with Customer in order to get approval for the quotation sent by company before providing the services.

o   Works with many agents in around the world to get competitive freight both sea and air before offer to customer.

o   Works with Customer to get more information of goods that will be import and export such brand new and used, permanent and temporary import and export, need special permit or not.

o   Works with Surveyor Company in order to do inspection if needed.

o   Works with Customer and Shipping line agent to get a valid shipping document i.e. CIPL + HBL-MBL or HAWB-MAWB + BC11/Inward Manifest + Notice of Arrival + Surat Kuasa (Proxy Letter) & misc letters + copy legal entities as well as original Delivery Order.

o   Draft PIB, identify HS code whenever required.

o   Checking the shipping document and customs document in order to get a valid and a correct document before requesting duty & taxes payment to customer.

Requirement

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• Have PPJK license holder
• Min. 3 years work experience in the same position
• Good proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Excellent administrative skill.
• Strong Analytical thinking, problem solving skills, and have continuous improvement spirit.
• Have a strong work ethic, be honest, dependable and responsible.
• Able to work independently and as a team work
