Job Responsibilities:

• Be knowledgeable about the Tourism product

• Identify prospective customers, lead generation and conversion

• Contact new and existing customers to discuss needs

• Emphasize the features of Tourism products to highlight how they solve customer problems

• Answer questions about the products

• Negotiate prices and terms and prepare sales agreements

• Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least 2 years, or equivalent in a related field

• Must have active english

• Must have experience with CRS (Galileo / Sabre / Amadeus) 

• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

• Confident, determined and self-assured 

• Target Oriented
