• Plan and manage all marketing, advertising, publicity and promotional events according to service
•  Attract new clients and oversee the sales process for business purposes
• Work with the team to find out and manage company risks
• Finding out and researching new opportunities in the market
• Provide the amount of sales in accordance with sales objectives
• Manage budget and set direction for the sales and marketing team to achieve financial and business objectives
• Create long-term harmonious relationships with clients and prospective clients
• Carry out Marketing functions for promotion and branding.
• Oversee and optimize our online presence, including social media platforms and e-commerce websites, to drive customer engagement and sales

Requirements:

• 8 Years experience in loan business (ie: Bank, PawnShop, Financing Company, Merchant Business, FinTech)
• Have networking in loan business network will be advantage
• Have a good business sense regarding to loan business
• Have a good relationship in banking and financial field.
• Have a good capability to partner/merchant acquiring
• Have analytical skills to determine trends and sales patterns
• Have a good managerial skill to manage team and partner
• Excellent in communication is a must
• Proven track record in generating leads, successfully pitching for new business and closing sizeable business opportunities.
• A tech-savvy mindset and familiarity with the latest marketing technologies and tools.
• Ability to work under pressure in meeting tight deadlines, independent and a good team player.
