Working Experiences

1. Digital Marketing: Minimum 3 Years experience in the FMCG industry (either brand-side or agency) with hands-on experience in implementing digital marketing campaigns.

2. Media Buying: Demonstrated expertise in digital media buying on platforms, such as: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Ads, and other 3rd party ads vendors.

3. Social Media Marketing: Proven track record in managing and growing brand presence on major social media platforms, creating engaging content, and analyzing performance metrics.

4. E-commerce Marketing: Experience in driving online sales, optimizing product listings, and leveraging e-commerce platforms to enhance brand visibility.

5. Influencer Marketing: Demonstrable expertise in influencer marketing, encompassing influencer identification, collaboration, and performance analysis.

6. Agency & Client-Side Dynamics: Experience in both agency and client-side roles will be advantageous.

7. Full-Funnel Digital Marketing: Proficient in leveraging the entire marketing funnel, from awareness and consideration to conversion and retention. Ability to design and implement strategies that cater to each stage of the customer journey.

Skills:

1. Ads Implementation & Operation: Proficient in creating, managing, and optimizing advertising campaigns across various platforms.

2. Digital Marketing Platforms: Familiarity with tools such as FB Ads Manager, YouTube Ads, Google Ads, and other industry-standard platforms.

3. E-commerce Platform Operations: Familiarity with popular e-commerce platforms and tools to maximize online sales and brand presence.

4. Trend Analysis: Ability to monitor and analyze digital marketing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.

5. Analytical Mindset: Strong data-driven approach to drive results and measure campaign performance.

Qualifications:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree or further studies in related areas would be a bonus.

2. Certifications: Certifications in Digital Marketing (e.g: Google Digital Guru), , Media Buying, or related disciplines will be an advantage
