Lowongan QC Analyst - Contract Based di PT Novartis Indonesia

Perform analysis for raw material, bulk/ finished products, stability, packaging material, cleaning validation, validation batch, and chemical testing for water monitoring in the QC laboratory as per protocols in accordance with the valid analytical procedure.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct analysis as per appropriate analytical procedures, protocols and SOP's with precise, accurate and efficient way
• Perform analysis/sampling for raw material, bulk/ finished products, stability, packaging material, cleaning validation, validation batch, and chemical testing for water monitoring in the QC laboratory as per protocols in accordance with the valid analytical procedure.
• Verifying the test results of other analysts (peer to peer review/second checker)
• Check the calibration status of equipment, reagents and reference standards before use
• Provide analysis reports on time
• Perform daily QC activities and achieve the targets.
• Implement QC system requirements, GMP and HSE in the daily QC activities
• Reports out of Specification (OOS) test results to superiors and conduct appropriate investigations as per related SOP
• Handling of column management
• Order stationery, consumable and non-consumable on the system

Requirement:

• Graduated from Academic of Analytical Chemistry
• Minimum 1 years of experience working in QC Laboratory
• Have good technical skill of analytical chemistry in QC analyst.
• Have a capability in operating analytical instrument (HPLC, GC, Spectrophotometer UV~ Vis, dissolution tester, etc.)
• Experience in raw material, bulk/ finished products, stability, packaging material, cleaning validation and water monitoring 
• Have knowledge and capability to operate computer with MS Office (Power Point, MS Excell, MS Words) program
