Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for TikTok or Shopee live stream data analysis, overseeing and following up on live stream plans, conducting data statistics and analysis from pre-live to post-live, and optimizing various metrics in the live stream room.
2. Experienced in operating Shopee, 或者mcn/angecry的工作经验, able to communicate with brands, and 选出优势产品 
3. Proficient in product selection, grouping, and prioritization, with unique insights into trending products.
4. Manage live stream projects and operations , including but not limited to account analysis, live stream planning, product operations, on-site execution, post-live analysis, and empowering anchors and teams.
5. 熟悉流程，能对直播计划提出意见建议
6. Proficient in data analysis

Job Requirements:

1. Familiar with the underlying logic of TikTok or Shopee, with extensive experience in operating influencer accounts from scratch to success. Prior experience in influencer operations and successful incubation cases are preferred.
2. Experience in brand live stream operations or working with MCN agencies is a plus.
3. Prior experience in account branding, IP planning, short video operations, and advertising is preferred.
4. Possess summarization skills, excellent communication and coordination abilities, self-motivated, strong execution skills, responsible, and adept at cross-departmental communication and resource integration.
5. Data-oriented, proficient in data analysis, capable of summarizing methodologies, and able to independently and efficiently complete project planning, execution, and post-live analysis.
6. Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages is a must; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
