Jobdesc:

- Conduct end-to-end recruitment process (Placing job advertisement across online channel, reviewing and shortlisting CV’s, Interviewing candidates, and administer the administration process)

- Conduct an Exit Interview process

- Communicate with third parties (vendors) involved in external training or certification, but not limited to other parties.

- Conduct administrative HR duties such as liaising with healthcare facilities, issuing reference letters, as well as to prepare workforce permits/contract agreement and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement)

- Assist payroll by providing relevant employee information

- Create regular reports on HR Operations (example: turnover rates)

- Participate in HR projects (example: help organize a virtual job fair event)

Requirements:

- Have a bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources or any related field

- Having 1-2 years of experience as HR Staff / HR Personnel Staff

- Good communication skills, well-organized and attention to details

- Good command in Computer literacy (MS Office applications, especially MS Excel, in particular will be an advantage)

- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
