- Develop an expert level understanding of major business processes and associated data within the core McCain Supply Chain areas (Logistics, Planning, or Order Fulfillment as well as a working knowledge of relevant departments (such as manufacturing, marketing. engineering, IT, etc) and how they integrate into the overall E2E
- Cross functional awareness with the ability to lead others who report to other parts of the organization. Be able Lead and participate in cross-functional teams supporting supply chain process improvement projects
- Recommend reporting and KPI tracking related to specific projects to ensure continued optimization and high performance.
- Provide analytical support for projects, new business opportunites and proposals
- Identifies, gathers and interprets relevant data to assist with root cause analysis and problem resolution
- Lead evaluation of opportunities to enable the development of business cases and project plans
- Drive continuous improvement within the Supply Chain function.
- Develop processes and procedures as needed and as they relate to strategic projects.
- Ability to manage multiple requests at one time while meeting (or exceeding) stakeholder expectations.
- Holding others accountable in order to maintain project scope and timelines
- The ability to listen to input and feedback from stakeholders, while managing scope creep and filtering out non-relevant information
