3. Put forward "Product Proposal" according to industry development trend, competition status, customer demand and customer brand and product line analysis;

4. Master the market situation, including competitors' product strategies, and formulate the sales promotion Plan according to the specific situation. Actively respond to market changes and competitive demands, adjust the company's sales organization, establish, expand, adjust marketing management brand performance and gradually improve;

5, responsible for leading customer research, competitive product analysis, user insight, version iteration and related research and development promotion, output complete product solutions; Complete the closed loop of commercial value with marketing promotion.

6. Led the team's makeup product project development, effectively controlled time nodes and risk points; Participate in makeup product development, docking with design department to complete related design work.
