JOBS DESCRIPTION

Review and drafting contracts / agreements (internal & external agreements)

Handle all Permits Company (OSS, RUPS, Siinas, Waste, LKPM and other company legal matters)

Extension of equipment and machine certification to the Related Department (lifting equipment, pressure vessels, boilers, fire extinguishers, etc.)

Extension and creation of new company permits (SIUP,TDP etc)

Provide legal support to ensure all existing permits, licenses and documents of the law and regulation

Take care and manage all aspects of licensing

Responsible for the extension of permits related with operation in company

General HRGA supporting administration

QUALIFICATION 

Maximum 30 years old

Candidate must graduate from reputable university minimum Bachelor’s degree in Law

Able to speak english fluently and exellent spoken and written

Minimum having experience as GA & Perizinan Staff or Related Position at least 1 Year (s) in handling pure Legal related functions (OSS, RUPS, Limbah, permits, UU Ketenagakerjaan,Industrial, Contracts, Pertek, B3, Infrastucture Building etc)

Required skills : legal opinion and legal advice

Have good knowledge about indonesian law regulation

Having Good health high integrity, accountability and able to work under pressure with good teamwork  

Good communication skills for maintaining good relationship with internal colleagues and external party
