Lowongan Process Engineer di PT Siegwerk Indonesia

1. Optimization and standardization of production and process technology of ink manufacturing, which is applied in the world-wide manufacturing facilities from scale-up to commercial manufacture
2. Continuous Improvement program roll out for all SCM related area
3. Evaluation of Process production in each Ink Type/Family/classes in coordination with Process Engineer
4. Develop deep understanding of grinding theory, further develop understanding and tools for application of the theory in Siegwerk / for Siegwerk ink systems
5. Development and optimization of industrialization / scale-up procedures from pilot installations to production facilities
6. Development and implementation of standards for machines as well as standard for the machine and process operation
7. Continuesly improvement project in production flow and production process to eliminate waste and increasing the product’s quality and productivity
8. Socialize and inform his / her subordinates on every new updates of HSE requirements and procedures and remind his subordinates on the existing HSE requirements and procedures periodically
9. Give information to HSE team in case of behavioural problem of SCM team concerning HSE compliance

Qualification

1. Degree of Chemical Egineering/Chemistry min 3 years experience in ink and coating manufacturing
2. Experience in plant equipment & manufacturing process flows, statistical process control, Project Management, People Management
3. Good Analytical Skill, Data Driven
4. Good written & communication in English, Presentation Skill
5. Ability to work independently
6. Lean & 5S Knowledge
