Requirements:

• Bachelor degree
• At least 8 years of experience in the same position.
• Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes. 
• Preferably from Retail Industry background.
• Strong leadership and highly motivated to overcome challenges.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills including logical, hands-on knowledge, time management, and immediate prioritization of tasks as assigned.

Job Description:

• Create the companys overall supply chain strategy.
• Organize and manage the daily activities that coverage area of Delivery and Logistic Departments.
• Design, review and update the effective Supply Chain Flow and Procedures.
• Analyze data from the shipping and delivery process to ensure smooth operation and find the solutions for any bottlenecks or issues that occurred.
• Maintain supply chain inventory and records.
• Find cost-effective solutions for supply chain processes.
• Suggest solutions for process improvements. Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents).
• Collaborate with other departments to create coordinated plans for business growth.
• Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and policies.
• Develop ideas and strategies to improve operational efficiency, value add, aid business performance and work towards a strategy of continuous improvement
