About Landscape Inspector:

This position will be a critical role to assist landscape managers in planning and field work, monitoring all field work related to landscape project construction (Hardscape and Softscape) and maintenance for Nuanu City of PT Wooden Fish Village (WFV).

Qualifications 

• Bachelor degree in Landscape architecture, project management, Agricultural industry. 3-5 years experience minimum
• Willing to be stationed in Bali full time, on contract for WFV, English speaking & writing, experience working in a corporate oriented workplace
• Have experience as landscape site inspector min. 1 year
• Have interest and understanding of landscape plant functionally and aesthetically
• Must be able to work independently and in team environment
• Understanding hardscape, softcape, quality check of specs of material, regarding about functions and aesthetics
• Have experience coordinating with landscape contractor, architect, project owners and field worker
• Can manage and make working schedule of Landscape construction project and landscape maintenance
• Familiar with with creating and and monitoring budget, and action plan

What youll do:

• Report to landscape manager in daily activities basis
• Make landscape construction project report progress weekly and monthly
• Make landscape maintenance report checklist weekly and monthly
• Coordinate with landscape contractor or architecture contractor to do landscape (softscape and hardscape) construction project in order to meet quality, time constraints, and budget
• Coordinate with field worker to do landscape maintenance
• Make hand over checklist for every landscape construction project to project owner
• Coordinate with other site inspector, Quality Control officer, and Quantity surveyor
• Make field progress data to Quantity surveyor in order to make Certificate of Payment of work progress form contractors
• Adaptive with new proposed systems, evaluate risks, and give feedback
• Learn and apply Regenerative key values and applied company Guidelines as principals of workmanship ethics. Create working documents and use Wooden Fish Implemented digital project managerial systems, emails, Notion, etc
