Lowongan Product Development Assistant Manager di PT Hanwha Life Insurance Indonesia

Job Description:

1. Own development of products across existing and future distribution partnerships
2. Responsible for delivering on product roadmaps and time plan for the product projects considering interdependencies across departments and aligned with the pre and post launch cycle;
3. Write detailed product requirements for stakeholders and work with them to assure that the features are delivered as requested;
4. Define customer journey best suited for the segment and product solution,
5. Independently handle and understand the requirements of medium to high-complexity projects, and apply the business context and prioritization to such projects:
6. Support the Head of Product Strategy with status reports and presentation materials as required for the related Committees;
7. Provide directional guidance to related departments, leaders, general team members, through the regular project status meetings and general ad-hoc meetings:
8. To develop the product feasibility assessment, product term sheet, and to discuss and obtain signoff for product specs:
9. To develop other collaterals required by regulation and obtain signoffs, including but not limited to Product summary and Policy Provision.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Mathematics/Statistics/Management
• Minimum 3 years experience in designing and developing insurance product
• Achievement-oriented, Integrity, analytical thinking, customer-oriented, team work, leadership, and good communication skills.
• Understanding of product development cycle
• Knowledge in actuarial/mathematic is a plus
• Fluent in English both oral and written
