Qualifications :

• Maximum age. 35 years old
• Master Degree / Bachelors degree in marketing or communication
• Minimum 5 years experience in sales and marketing, with min. 3 years in manager level, and must from reputable retail industry.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Ability to think outside the box (creative & innovative problem solving)
• Good communication skill, and able to work independently as well as able to work with the team.
• Can-do attitude, proactive, initiative, with a passion for managing projects to conclusion and on time.
• Fluent in English written and spoken is a must
• Excellent Microsoft skills

Responsibilities :

• Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising and promotional staff and activities
• Analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor information
• Develop and implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
• Expand and develop marketing platforms including social media platforms
• Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
• Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
• Report on return on investment and key performance metrics
• Collaborate with the sales function
