Educational Advisor

Job Requirement:

• 23-27 years old
• Bachelors Degree
• Outgoing person, fun, energic, and easy to adaptable to change  
• Has self-motivation, able to self-learning, problem solving    
• Strong communication skill, both verbal and written.
• Has at least 1 years of working experience in B2C, B2B in retail/education/other industry with proven successful track record.
• Able to deliver high performance under pressure 

Job Responsibility:

Sales

• Listening to customer requirements and presenting appropriately to make sales.
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails
• Cold calling to arrange meetings / e-meetings with potential customers to prospect.
• Acting as a contact between companies, schools or universities and its existing and potential markets

Retention

• As person in charge to bridge the relationship between students and NLEC
• Ensure students have a good learning experience at NLEC.
• Support students to achieve their Japanese learning goals and do retention.
