Lowongan Corporate Logistic PIC di PT Toyota Tsusho Indonesia

1. Handle Trade Compliance Management daily duty as processing Trade Control and Shipping Control (Cargo, Import and Export transaction)
2. Handle Chemicals Substance Management application approval process.
3. Handle Business/Export/Import License application including issuing official request letter and visiting related Indonesian Government Ministry/Agent.
4. Collecting related information including Indonesia Regulation conditions about information inquiry related Internal Trade Business and Logistics issues from internal company Sales & other Section and/or group companies.
5. Handle consulting process with Indonesia Government Ministry/Agent, Private Consultant and etc based on own necessity and/ or internal company Sales & other Section requirements.
6. Handle Corporate Logistics Group Project related with improvement operation in internal Section and / or company as a whole
7. Handle duties as instructed by superior

Requirements

1. 2 years or more experience in import/export customs clearance, logistics management
2. Experience in applying Lartas Import/Export (PI Besi Baja, PI Bahan Baku Plastik) in forwarding, manufacturing, or trading company
3. Knowledge about import/export and customs clearance regulation in Indonesia.
4. Good English Communication
5. Able to work individually / team, cooperate with other related department within company and/or other party, understand company policies and goals.
6. Logical thinking, analysis ability, problem solving
7. Able to perform work under pressure and strict deadline
8. Knowledge of chemicals and international trade rules, Supply Chain, AEO
9. Qualified as Registered Custom Specialist (own PPJK license) (Will be preferable)
