Lowongan PRODUCTION MANAGER di PT Dharma Guna Wibawa

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Assist in development of operations strategy to achieve organization objectives.
• Responsible for establishing, planning, managing and controlling of the production sites, and the coordination functions between stake holder.
• Manage and controls product’s quality and its delivery on time to satisfy consumers
• Manage and controls a function-related plant-maintenance to keep assets in optimal conditions.
• Manage and control the implementation of quality management system in all production and maintenance areas and takes necessary action to improve the process.
• Analyzes resources utilization (Manpower, materials, and energy) for production line to maximize the utilization of resources and smooth operations in line with approved Budget.
• Analyse budgets and continuously manage and controls a cost-efficient, within the company budget in term of production costs, maintenance cost, cost management of products and assist with new product costings models.
• Manage & analyze production line performances (KPI) and coordinate improvement action to achieve agreed performance target.
• Maintain harmonious relationship and engagement of all workers in order to preserve the sustainability operations.
• Ensures the compliance and implementation of safety, health and environmental programs in production line to comply with government regulation, company policy and standard certification.
• Ensures a continuous improvement process within the team to cover and develop all requirements concerning People & Organization, Quality & Quantity, Cost, and Regulations. 

REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelor Degree majoring in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
• Have experience in the same field at least 4 years
• Knowing about Production Management
• Have Problem Solving ability
• Able to Analyze Inventory Data
• Have a strong leadership skill
• Willing to be placed in Gresik - East Java, PT. Fertilizer Inti Technology
