Requirements

• Chemical Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience working in Chemical Industry
• Able to operate and solving the problem of : Heat transfer, energy and fluid transport equipment
• Good understanding of energy management, steam and industrial water system  
• Able to manage and operating DCS system 
• Able to operate computer and application of MS office (word, excel and ppt)
• Have good understanding of heat and material balance
• Have leadership skill to lead the team i.e. : supervise the team, coaching, collaboration, handling a difficult people
• Willing to be assigned in Purwakarta
• Willing to work under contract basis

Responsibilities

• Monitor the operation during shift hours.
• Adjust the process parameters when ever necessary to get the quality of product
• Coordinate with shift maintenance group to attend any break down of equipments.
• Control manpower utilization and maintain discipline and morality of the workforce employed in the department.
• Maintain documents as per quality management system.
• Maintain good communication and cooperation within the department and other department.
• Monitor effluent streams going out of the department.
• Maintain safety , participate and sustain 5 S implementation
• Make shift report , maintain good quality shift hand over ( DMS 1 ), Maintain Visual Board and participate in DMS 2.
