Lowongan Key Account Executive di PT Glico Indonesia

This position will play roles to monitoring and ensure the account reaches their sales target which has been set by management and will maintain good relationship with account.

Job Responsibility:

Sales Business Plan

1)     Create sales forecast & promotion planning with cost ratio by quartal

2)     Review sales achievement periodically

3)     Review promotion implementation result

4)     Market situation analysis for account sales strategy

Distribution & Visibility Management

1)     Well maintain Glico PLU active nationally specially Jabodetabek

2)     Well maintain return < 1% nationally

3)     Solving problem for any issues related with accounts (Vendor | product NA| incorrect price etc)

4)     Well maintain Fundamental objective (OSA, OOS, Stock weight, etc)

Trading Term Management

1)     Well maintain trading term with maksimum benefit

2)     Monitoring & maintain the budget efficiently and effectively

3)     Settle all the issues of trading term claims accordingly

4)     Stay up-to-date with internal and external developments and suggest new ways to increase sales

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and/or Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Key Account in FMCG companies
• Knowledge, skills and abilities required :

1. Possess strong leadership and communication skills, and enjoys working with people
2. Takes initiative, is proactive, self-motivated and results driven
3. Able to work effectively under tight deadlines
4. Ability to problem solve and make things happen
5. Organizational Commitment: ability to plan, organize and achieve effective time management.
6. Proficient in English (both written and verbal) is required
7. Experience in managing and sorting out large amount of data from difference sources.
8. Experience in Computer (Windows) skills
