Quality Control and Quality Assurance and Production Administrator

Job Overview

PT Frootiful Natural Nusantara is a healthy food manufacturing company. We are hiring a talented Quality Assurance and Production Administrator to join our team. Food technologies or Food Chemistry background would be an advantage.

Responsibilities:

•       To ensure quality of the product (end to end 

•       Adhere to industry quality and safety standards (ISO22000, HACCP, BPOM, HALAL )

•       Report and documentations 

•       Ensure products meet the benchmark 

•       Work closely with the production manager to improve and develop processes. 

•       Maintain standards for reliability and performance of quality control 

•       Administrating production activities and to ensure the quality  

•       Working knowledge of products

•       Strong leadership skill and able to guide production team to meet standard of QA

•       Has experience in food industry will be an advantage

•       Strong understanding on ISO 22000, HACCP, BPOM, HALAL, SOP documentation 

Qualifications and Skills: 

•       Degree in a related field preferred (Food Technologies / Food Chemical / Production management)

•       In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies (ISO 22000, HACCP, BPOM, HALAL, SOP. 

•       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

•       Very strong logic and high initiative

•       Attention to detail and diligent attributes

•       Team player with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision

•       Able to do multitasking sit, stand and walk around at the workplace
