KUALIFIKASI UMUM :

• Minimal Pendidikan S1 Management/ Teknik Industri/ Teknik Kimia
• GPA minimal 3.0/4.0 - GPA 3.50 ke atas diutamakan
• Pengalaman kerja min 5th sebagai Logistic Manager atau setara (diutamakan Pengalaman di Chemical Industry )
• Kemampuan Bahasa Inggris yang baik
• Menguasai Management Role

TUGAS DAN TANGGUNG JAWAB

1.    Strategy & Development :

·  Create and implement best practice logistics principles, policies and processes across the organisation to improve operational and financial performance

• Hold responsibility for department budget

2. Logistic :

• ·  Manage inventory plan to ensure the production plan is matched with demand and organize Warehouse works to ensure the efficiency of incoming and outgoing goods & material (raw material & packaging material)
• Analyze production plan by calculating the data of demand, production capacity, delivery planning, warehouse capacity, and other matters having significant impact to ensure the production runs timely and accurately matched with demand.
• Manage quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs to Maximize cost savings and minimize product shortages and wrong shipments.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with transportation and logistics provider

3. Inventory Warehouse :

• Monitor stock aging and conduct FIFO stock control on a weekly and ongoing basis.
• Managing and ensuring the accuracy of product storage warehouse inventories and ensuring 100% stock reporting.
• Active planning and forecasting on warehouse space and resources in line with shipments and deliveries, i.s.d. ensuring that unplanned events are managed and mitigated before occurrence.

4. Project Management :

• Manage, coach and develop a high performing team that meets agreed objectives and delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements
• Set departmental objectives/KPIs and review and assess ongoing
• performance of direct reports
• Ensure that all functions under supervision operate in accordance with health, safety and environmental policies and procedures to ensure the safety and wellbeing of staff.
