Qualifications and Requirements

1. Analysing client portfolios in detail and providing regular updates of performance and potential improvement areas, 

2. Makes recurrent performance and productivity analysis using existing reports in MIS, 

3. Prepares an ad hoc analysis for OPS management team upon the request, works with MIS team on preparing the numbers, 

4. Provides the OPS management team with regular analytical notes with insights and findings, 

5. Collect the status updates from Call Centre Heads and track the plans/ targets achievement, 

6. Weekly review on portfolio behavior / health check and analysis on performance trajectory. 

Qualifications & Skills

1. 2 - 4 years of experience in same position

2. Proficiency in databases (creating scripts) using SQL is a must

3. Advanced Excel knowledge is a must

4. Python or Power BI experience is highly desirable.

5. Experience with analysing Dialler productivity is a plus

6. Experience in developing data visualization or analysis applications is highly desirable.

7. Able to communicate and understand in English is a must
