Personal Assistant to Director

Personal Assistant to Director will be responsible to manage day-to-day operational of Director, provide administrative support, assist and organize project, and coordinate director's duties.

Qualification :

• Min. Bachelor Degree in related field
• Relevant exposure at the same field minimum of 2-3 years
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English
• Excellent IT skills, including a working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Availability to travel (domestic and overseas)
• Ability to manage internal and external correspondence
• Ability to do miltitasking work
• Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality
• Strong point of analytical and critical thinking as well as negotiation skill
• Uphold work ethics, high personal integrity, creative, active, communicative, and a self-driven person with good character of personalities
