Job Descriptions:

• To align with and implement the visual strategy set by the Creative Director.
• Be accountable for identifying, recommending, executing and managing initiatives and efficiencies that support the visual and business structure, strategy, and growth.
• Oversee the retail channel for VM coordinating with the entire team involved.
• Ensure yourself, create compelling and impactful in-store layouts and installations, with great presentation standards and visually arresting styling.
• Deliver the execution and delivery of all events, pop-ups, and maintenance of the same.
• Oversee installation schedules and planning for visits, collection, model stores, guidelines, and new store openings.
• Ensuring regular communication and updates, sending reports when required.
• Working closely with external partners, suppliers and production agencies, ensuring a robust relationship.
• Monitor costs and work within budget.
• Research lifestyle and design trends that will affect the visual merchandising strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in architecture, interior design, retail, or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Visual Merchandiser in the retail industry.
• Comprehensive portfolio of relevant visual design work.
• Creative and attention to detail. Attractive and representative performance.
• Able to work individually or by the team.
• Working knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and best practices.
• Flexible working hours, including late nights, evenings and weekends.
• Willing to mobile work and travel.
