JOB SUMMARY

1. Responsible for providing quality customer service to clients
2. Responsible for giving sales and marketing support functions with respect to the concerned trade lanes
3. Responsible for achieving budget
4. Responsible for closing rate and sales quotation

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sales calling and visiting customer; 8 12 customers per week
2. Attend to clients business needs e.g freight quotation
3. Handle daily communications (e-mails/mails/calls) with customers and principal
4. Initiate the dispatch visiting reports, cargo leads to the superior
5. Close rate and sales quotation at the system
6. Build up a professional image and maintain a close and friendly business relationship with clients
7. Monitor of clients activities and report
8. Attend sales group meetings concerning sales targets or forecasts
9. Emphasize service or product features and benefit, discussing credit terms, quoting prices and preparing sales order reports
10. Maintain and get new customer
11. Identify decision makers amongst the targeted leads in order to start sales process
12. Cooperate with direct superior and sales manager to determine essential strategic approaches of sales
13. Close working coordination with CMA Jakarta Office for regulation, administration process and system
14. Attend industry conferences to develop industry expertise and to build network
15. Any other assignment as and when assigned by the direct superior

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Level of Qualification:

1. Minimum 3 years working experience in shipping/forwarding industry
2. Bachelors Degree / University graduated in Marketing, or equivalent, qualified sales achievement

Professional Skills:

1. English fluency
2. Excellent presentation
3. Customer Network coverage in any industry
4. Knowledge shipping / forwarding industry
