• Minimum education S1 Civil Engineering
• Maximum age 34 years
• Have a minimum of 5 years working experience in the same department/position
• Accustomed to handling MOUs/Cooperation with Vendors
• Accustomed to handle the purchase of natural materials and MEP
• Accustomed to Negotiating with Suppliers
• Accustomed to searching / buying goods in the field
• Have good communication and able to work under pressure
• Have experience in the field of Residential Property / Construction (preferred)
• Orderly and neat in administrative work
• Accustomed to using ERP / Accurate systems in making orders
• Willing to be placed in LEBAK BULUS & CIKARANG JAWA BARAT 

Job description:

• Coordinate, monitor, negotiate, fulfill and process purchase requests from users in accordance with existing procedures and standards and prepare PO & SPK drafts.
• Experience from a cosmetic company is highly preferred
• Receive purchase requests from users and check with the approved budget
• Looking for suppliers/vendors according to the project location, qualifications and specifications.
• Receive & study offers from vendors.
• Negotiating with vendors/suppliers.
• Doing price comparisons to ask for approval from superiors.
• Select, assess, analyze, evaluate and establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, contractors and sub-contractors on the basis of their ability to fulfill the requirements of purchase contracts and take actions/decisions deemed necessary
• Submit BAPB & travel documents to Finance, AR & AP Control Section.
• Capture proper and healthy relationships with suppliers/vendors.
• Maintain item data and supplier/vendor data.
• Evaluate supplier/vendor performance.
• Archiving all documents related to the procurement process.
• Accept and carry out other tasks from superiors for the benefit of the company.
