• Supervising and playing the role of controlling strategic QAQC in the target of achieving QAQCs KPI.
• Support QA&QC Manager in supervising and conducting responsible for monitoring Quality Department Performance.
• Responsible in managing and control QAQC systems and procedures in implementation.
• Conducting good coordination with Production Line SPV for monitoring Production line performance.
• Preparing for External/ Internal Audit (ISO Audit/ Customers Audit).
• Conducting verification of customer claims goods returned, provide & assist production floor in Product Quality.

Requirements:

• Age of maximum 35 years old.
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelors Degree, majoring in Industrial Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Materials Science & Engineering or equivalents.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing experience as QA/QC role and having experience in handling Customer Claims.
• Understanding of measuring calibration system & ISO 9001.
• Strong attention to detail, observation, organizational & leadership skills.
• Strong knowledge of mathematics, data analysis & statistical methods.
