Job Description

• Supporting in Companys Taxation Compliance, Taxation Report, and accounting.
• Assisting in VAT Calculation and creating tax reports (SPT) of eFaktur and Web eFaktur.
• Creating sales and tax invoices.
• Reconciliations, bank account statement reconciliations, check runs and accounts receivable transactions.
• Assist in document preparation for audits.
• Review and revise the journal of revenue, PPh Final construction expense, and AP-AR.
• Revaluation currency.
• Fixed asset activity, accounts payable transactions, accounts receivable balance transactions, recording of revenue and expenses, etc.
• Support in verification and preparation of data required by the tax authorities in tax compliance inspection.
• Manages tax administration and responsible for the flow of tax returns.
• Makes and implements recommendations to improve accounting processes and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Minimum Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a bachelors degree or equivalent in Finance / Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience as a Tax and Accounting Staff or relevant role in accounting.
• Have experience handling Taxation Disputes and/or working as a tax consultant.
• Candidate must demonstrate proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (Mandarin is a plus).
• Computer literate ( Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel ); Very good with spreadsheets.
• Knowledge of an accounting information system is a plus.
• Good math skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding financial, accounting, and analytical skills.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Have good communication and the ability to build effective relationships and influence other departments.
• Willing to work under pressure and under tight deadlines.
