JOB DESCRIPTION

• Bringing the cross category brand collaborator for the partnership collaboration
• Identifying new market oportunity for the brand and continously looking for new potential customer / NOO & new business chanell opportunity
• Do market survey to understand the market trend, understanding the competitor and the customer needs of the brand, and create reporting for every 3 month
• Do continous analysis for the strategy and make a monthly reporting for the result
• Supervising & making sure the implementation of the strategic plan
• Coordinate closely with marketing team for any request of marketing activity/ material including artwork design, social media exposure and social media ads
• responsible to maintain the visual of the brand align with the brand's guideline both in online and offline in sales devision
• Develop Strategy, Promote Brand Growth, Implementing Plans and Drive volume
• Manage all aspects of the brand: Cunsomer insight, advertising development, media planning, digital planning consumer & trade promotion, market research, product development (NPD & Launch), pricing, S&OP forecasting, financial mix, and P&L management.
• Act as Project Leader within the cross-Functions project, company and outside Third Parties

REQUIREMENTS

• 3-5 years experience of Brand strategy & product
• Strong communication in english
• Have a strong leadership and fast learner
• Can-do attitude and strong sense of integrity & responsibility
• Have an experience in F&B or FMCG Top 10 Brands
• Willing to travel frequently (for market research)
• Familiar with the latest trends, technologies and methodologies in graphic design, web design, etc.
• Excellent communication skills, creative, innovative, smart and proactive
