Qualification : 1. Maximum age of 45 years2. Minimum S1 all majors (preferably management)3. Minimum 5 years experience as operation manager (preferably from a manufacturing company)4. Have knowledge and experience in manufacturing company5. Communicative of Mandarin & English (must)6. Have good leadership skills, communicative, problem solving & negotiation

Responsibility :1. Make a work plan related to operational activities2. Responsible for managing and coordinating and controlling all operational activities of a company weighing, loading/unloading containers, production3. Establish communication with consumers or cutomers (regarding operator performance, productivity, expatriates) and other related parties4. the cost of the company's operational activities goes well in accordance with the procedures and targets set by the company.5. Communicating with expatries regarding procedures & policies that apply in the Company
