Lowongan EHS Officer di PT Etex Building Performance Indonesia

• To conduct daily factory safety inspection & 5S audit for hazard identification
• To supervise and back-up nurses in performing first aid treatment to workers if there any accident happen
• To manage and support the incident investigation and root cause analysis to prevent incident re-occurrences
• To manage and conduct regular EHS equipment inspection including fire hydrants, fire extinguishers, smoke detector, sprinklers, etc.
• To manage and control the daily PPE usage and cost and also its distribution to employee & workers
• To manage & conduct the regular EHS measurement (Dust, noise, water, emission) & certification (equipment & operator’s license) at the company
• To coordinate with Technical Department in following up the waste management within factory (domestic and industrial waste)
• To manage and support EHS specific project and improvement at the company
• To conduct & control the implementation of corrective actions revealed from regular internal-external ISO and OHSAS audit that have a relation to the EHS policy in our company
• To ensure systematic employees training and management of official certificates (fork-lift, OHC, skid loader, boiler, welding, etc)
• To ensure that the Company is working according to the ISO certifications and management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
• To actively participate in the definition of ISO and OSHAS procedures.
• To actively manage the implementation of Etex Building Performance Indonesia Karawang Plant ISO management systems and procedures, by organizing the regular internal audits.
• To coordinate the implementation of any corrective actions revealed by the regular internal & external ISO audits

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree majoring in EHS or engineering from reputable University
• Knowledge of ISO & OHSAS standards
• Knowledge of EHS standard, procedure and local regulation
• Windows, MS Office.
• Initiative, autonomy, diplomacy, honesty, hard worker.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience for an international industrial company (PMA).
• Experience with “5S” implementation.
• Fluent in English and computer literature
