Lowongan Legal Manager di PT Lami Packaging Indonesia

Responsible to provide the company with qualified, accurate and relevant advice on all aspects of legal affairs that apply to the company's business, services and/or products.

Responsibilities:

• Providing accurate, relevant, and timely legal advice/legal opinion to the company, its management and/or staff on a variety of legal topics that relate to the company's business sector, products and/or services in order to assist the management to make sound and lawful business decisions
• Drafting, reviewing, translating, and/or interpreting all documents with respect to the legal affairs, including but not limited to letters, power of attorney, memorandum of understanding, and agreements according to the prevailing laws and regulations
• Reviewing and defining internal governance policies in order to ensure that the company internal rule, regulations, process, and conduct are in compliance with the prevailing laws and regulations
• Providing solution and legal guidance on any issues involving the company, and when necessary, liaising with third parties, including but not limited to government bodies, regulators and external legal counsel
• Directing the compliance and risk management exercises for the company
• Reviewing, interpreting and/or translating updated laws and regulations related to the company's business, services and/or products, and effectively communicating these to the company and its management
• Managing disputes, pre-litigation, and litigation files (including arbitration)

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor's degree, major in Law
• Have Professional License of Legal practice
• Previous working experience as a Legal Counsel for 8+ years
• Proven experience in general corporate and commercial issues working in-house or in private practice
• In-depth knowledge of administrative, tax and corporate law and procedures
• Ability to create proactive strategies and legal defensive
• Posses excellent legal and strategic judgment, coupled with strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
