Job Responsibilities:

• Create a collection activity report and accounts receivable status
• Create correspondency/ administration collection
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debt
• Investigate historical data for each debt or bill
• Find and contact clients to ask about their overdue payments
• Take actions to encourage timely debt payments
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Update account status records and collection efforts
• Collect withholding tax art 23 and VAT

Requirement :

• Graduate / Bachelor Degree in any Major (Finance would be preferred)
• Proven experience as a Collection specialist or similar role
• Knowledge for SKBDN & SCF Procedure (Government Bank and Other Bank)
• Familiarity with laws related to debt collection
• Working knowledge of MS Office & Databases
• Must be dependable and a self-starter; ability to work independently
• Skills - Negotiation, Networking, Good Communication Skill.
• Proficiency in English both written & verbal
• Ability to follow job procedures
• Comfortable working with targets
