Deskripsi Pekerjaan

To support the supervision of inventory & warehouse management activities in a warehouse that has been assigned according to the agreed plan, with the prime objective of securing shortage, optimizing stock turnover, and minimizing dead stock to support the best warehouse management performance.
To coordinate and monitor warehouse/store operations including store receipt, issues, daily stock takes, dispatching, storage allocation, and stock reconciliation in order to support in managing all the warehouse operations (including all stock materials and fuels).
Coordinate and develop the assigned subordinates in order to optimize workable time.
To enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures in order to ensure an excellent safety record and encourage employee participation in health and safety matters in order to comply with statutory requirements and HSE expectations.
To develop continuous improvement and optimization activities in order to ensure optimum efficiencies on an ongoing basis.Â
To ensure sufficient competent technical resources are available in order to effectively perform warehouse operations
Coordinate with logistics and procurement functions in order to optimize the cost, price, and timeliness of delivery of purchased materials.
To consolidate reports from subordinates in order to ensure the accurate presentation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
