What youll do (Responsibilities):

• Under general direction, take ownership of reported issues and respond in a considerate, expeditious, and courteous manner.
• Prioritize, triage, and schedule effective responses to incidents, issues, and problems
• Monitor, prepare and deliver the on-boarding and off-boarding employee process
• Assist with maintaining and improving facility operations, infrastructure and network in our HQ and Branches
• Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
• Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems
• Provision and manage end-user software/hardware; maintain IT asset inventory
• Utilize all technical resources to research problem resolutions, resourcefully consult knowledge bases, websites, technical documents, or other resources to find solutions to unresolved technical problems, and stay updated on technology changes or problems
• Evaluate documented resolutions and analyze trends for ways to prevent future problems
• Write, publish, and regularly update frequently asked questions for end-users

What capabilities youll need (Requirements):

• IT Operation, Asset Management, Helpdesk, or relevant Information Technology experience in a corporate environment preferred
• Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
• Understanding the existing LAN/WAN network environment and new technologies
• Understanding of Windows 7-11, Windows Server, and macOS operating systems
• Experience using and supporting Microsoft Office 365 and/or Google Workspace
• Knowledge of computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Experience with office automation applications, specifically Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and web browsers
• Experience with the setup and configuration of workstations (hardware and software), printers, and copiers
