Job Summary

Reporting to the Site Director. The main responsibilities is to ensure all assets are maintained and working properly. Ensure all maintenance, reliability and site MOC / projects executed in safe, cost effective and efficient.

Role & Responsibilities

• Lead and Execute of Maintenance Management & Reliability programmed for all discipline
• To maintain, and improve all equipment, facilities and utilities efficiencies
• Prepare overall maintenance cost for maintenance & engineering department, schedule or project works and specify - selection on materials and equipment.
• Assist in main project of relevant works and assure projects are completed satisfactorily, on time and within budget.
• To organizing, planning, and prioritizing mechanical works to accomplish and implement according design specification.
• To establish and develop cooperative working relationships with internal team and external contractors/supplier.
• To ensure appropriate resources (manpower and material and tools) to meet the needs of the mechanical area, utilizing and enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees whenever possible.
• Lead-in schedule plant shutdown for maintenance works and calibration works.
• Develop and administer a training plan to assure all mechanics and welder are fully qualified and up to date on current competencies.
• Establish career development plans for all maintenance personnel and update annually.
• Any other duties and responsibilities assigned by superior from time to time.

Job Success Requirements

• At least 8 years of working experience in a large chemical / oleochemical manufacturing operation.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent from a reputable university.
• Strong Maintenance Management & Reliability knowledge and skill included static and rotating equipment and troubleshooting.
• Excellent knowledge of plant maintenance management and strategic planning.
• Resourceful in getting technical supports.
• Very good organization and task execution skill.
• Experience in managing major plant turn around.
• Experience in the oleochemicals manufacturing industry will be advantageous
