Lowongan FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER (Based in Jakarta, Indonesia) di PT Agro Tradisi

Responsibilities:

• To oversee the overall operations of Finance & Administration Department, ensure proper system of internal control and costing and timely preparation of financial reports and costing reports for Management decision.
• To manage finance and administration functions of a subsidiary, ensure proper system of internal control and costing and timely preparation of financial reports and costing reports for Management decision.
• To improve company SOP & implement web portal for stock position.
• To lead and manage credit control function of a subsidiary.
• To manage local banking relationships and financing.
• Preparation on management reports required by HQ.
• To monitor adherence of internal processes which links to SAP by operations teams.
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time by the Management.

Requirement:

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA or Degree in Accounting.
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in related field is required.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in audit firms is necessary.
• Good command of English.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations & SAP system.
• Meticulous, independent and a self- starter.
