Currently, Tikamoon is offering a career opportunity as a SOURCING SPECIALIST with the following job description:

• Source new suppliers based on the company's specific needs using RFI and RFQ, monitoring, visiting trade fairs, etc.
• Act as the main point of contact between Tikamoon and the pool of suppliers, ensuring the proper execution of contracts.
• Resolve any commercial, financial, time, and delay disputes with the suppliers.
• Manage and effectively monitor the suppliers' performance through rating and assessment.
• Conduct annual reviews and lead negotiations.
• Serve as the key liaison between the French Product Team, R&D, and Quality Team.
• Provide regular reports to the Management.
• Conduct regular factory visits.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Minimum of 5 years' experience in the Furniture industry (any position).
• Strong knowledge in Sourcing, with a minimum Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in the Purchasing field.
• Fluency in English (knowledge of another language is a plus).
• Comfortability with data and product cost analysis, with a solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in finding solutions to problems, maturity, autonomy, and the ability to take initiative.
• Good communication skills and a great team player.
• Good negotiation skills.

This position is for permanent employment (PKWTT) with placement in Semarang.
