JOB DESCRIPTION

·        Manage all metallurgical process, prepare charts and graphs and prepare appropriate report for all investigations

·        Analyze all fixed equipment , perform failure analysis and prepare appropriate reports

·        Manage all work, prepare appropriate codes and classify various materials

·        Analyze all data and prepare reports for all results

·        Coordinate with staff members and resolve all technical problems of manufacturing unit

·        Providing technical advice about the suitability of metal for different purposes

·        Making recommendation and advising about product feasibility

·        Supervising the laboratory tests / analysis

·        Make Shipping Document (MTC, COW, COO, COW, Catalogue, etc)

·        Make and update QMS, SOP, WI, and CSMS

·        Make procedure documents

·        Quality Filling and Administration
