AEON INDONESIA MANAGEMENT TRAINEE PROGRAM

AEON Indonesia hires outstanding graduates for AEON Indonesia Management Trainee Program.

It is a structured program aimed at grooming new talents into the organization desired corporate culture. Our objective throughout this program is to develop qualified individuals into future leaders of AEON.

As an MT, you will follow a comprehensive 12 months program consists of 5 (five) phases with regular evaluation stages that leverage on a holistic approach to people development and aims to grow high-performing talents that possess adaptive skills, eager to learn and growth mindset.​​

In this Management Trainee Program, you will be equipped with the knowledges and tools, includes completing training within the company's various departments, giving you a comprehensive view of the many facets of the organization, as well as the positions, relationships and departments that allow you to be successful. 

You will follow fascinating program and collaborate with mentors and department head to gaining experiences and perspective by working in different departments of the organization. You will complete various tasks and hold a multitude of responsibilities.

By the end of the program; you are expected to be prime candidates for the future leadership roles who share AEON values “pursuing peace, respecting humanity, and contributing to local communities, always with the customer’s point of view as its core” with your own distinctive strengths.

REQUIREMENTS

·        Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree or Master’s degree with minimum GPA 3.0 from any field

·        Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply

·        Excellent English skills and computer literate

·        Highly motivated and eager to learn

·        Possess strong leadership with effective interpersonal and social activity experiences.

·        Organized, meticulous and analytical person

·        Willing to be placed in all AEON Stores with shift based working hours
