Lowongan Product Manager di PT Virtue Diagnostics Indonesia

The successful incumbent will work under supervision of Senior Manager Market Development in Marketing division. The job holder is responsible for developing strategies and monitoring the implementation of strategies to achieve the targets of products owned by the company. The Product Manager is required to work very closely with sales and business development department, as a key function on brand or product teams in order to achieve short- and long-term company goal.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing marketing strategy for each product owned by company.
2. Socialize the marketing plan to the sales team and ensure that all policies made and activities carried out by the sales manager is accordance to the marketing strategy.
3. Monthly monitoring and evaluating of marketing plan.
4. Provide ROI reports for all marketing activities that have been done.
5. Conduct market research to gain relevant information including competitors, pricing and target markets.
6. Monitoring competitor activities through subordinates and sales team.
7. KOL engagement and customer satisfaction monitoring.
8. Coordinate with the sales team in preparing monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
9. Provide suggestions and input to the R&D team regarding product development based on customer needs and demands.

Qualifications:

1. Preferably Bachelor Degree in medical, pharmacy, biology, biotechnology. 
2. Certificate in Product Management training will be an added advantage. 
3. Minimum 2 years experiences in IVD or medical device industry.
4. In depth knowledge of hematology, biochemistry, immunology, or molecular is an advantage.
5. Strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in Bahasa and English, with the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, customers, and suppliers.
